Dispatcher - customer updates (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Birch Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
