Dispatcher - customer updates (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Drift Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Little Rock. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
