Dispatcher - customer updates (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Birch Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Little Rock. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
