Dispatcher - customer updates (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Northwind Union Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
