Dispatcher - customer updates (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Wren Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
