Dispatcher - customer updates (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Little Rock, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
