Dispatcher - customer updates (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Bridge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Little Rock, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
