Dispatcher - customer updates (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Keystone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Little Rock, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
