Dispatcher - customer updates (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Rowan Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
