Dispatcher - customer updates (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Drift Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Las Vegas, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
