Amberfield Forge Farms Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software.
