Dispatcher - customer updates (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Stone Freight Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
