Dispatcher - customer updates (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software.
