Dispatcher - customer updates (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Oak Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
