Dispatcher - customer updates (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Glen Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
