Dispatcher - customer updates (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
