Dispatcher - customer updates (Houston, TX)

Lumen West Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Houston, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 857 people based in Houston. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
