Dispatcher - customer updates (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Birch Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Houston. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
