Dispatcher - customer updates (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
