Bluepeak Wren Farms Partners is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
