Dispatcher - customer updates (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Fresno. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration.
