Dispatcher - customer updates (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
