Dispatcher - customer updates (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quarry Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software.
