Dispatcher - customer updates (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Birch Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around El Paso, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
