Dispatcher - customer updates (Denver, CO)

Summit Health supplies farm and food customers across the Denver region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Denver. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
