Dispatcher - customer updates (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Basin Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Dallas with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
