Dispatcher - customer updates (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Columbus. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
