Dispatcher - customer updates (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Juniper Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Colorado Springs with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
