Dispatcher - customer updates (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
