Dispatcher - customer updates (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cincinnati. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
