Dispatcher - customer updates (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Stone Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
