Dispatcher - customer updates (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Charlotte. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 444 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with routing software.
