Dispatcher - customer updates (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Hollow Freight Group is a Charlotte logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
