Dispatcher - customer updates (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Umber Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
