Dispatcher - customer updates (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Lakeside Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Charleston region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
