Dispatcher - customer updates (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
