Dispatcher - customer updates (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Bridge Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Baltimore. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
