Dispatcher - customer updates (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
