Dispatcher - customer updates (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Quill Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Atlanta. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
