Dispatcher - customer updates (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Keystone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Atlanta, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
