Dispatcher - customer updates (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Union Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
