Dispatcher - customer updates (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Forge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Albuquerque, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
