Dispatcher - customer updates (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bridge Freight Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. We reward reliability. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
