Dispatcher - customer updates (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
