Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
