Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Rowan Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
