Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Union Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets.
