Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Tampa with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
