Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Partners provides independent inspection and testing for industry across St. Louis, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
