Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in St. Louis, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
